At My Black Wheel, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers’ needs to the best of our abilities. However, cancellations may sometimes be unavoidable. Therefore, we have established the following
cancellation policy:
Cancellation Timeframes:
For reservations cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.
For reservations cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.
No-Show Policy:
a. A “no-show” occurs when the customer fails to be at the designated pickup location without prior notification.
b. If a customer fails to show up for a reservation without cancelling it, they will be considered a no-show.
c. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation, and no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation Procedure:
a. To cancel a reservation, customers are required to contact our customer support team via phone or email, providing the reservation details and the reason for cancellation.
b. The cancellation will be deemed effective from the time the customer receives a cancellation confirmation from My Black Wheel.
Refunds and Credit:
a. Cancellation fees will be deducted from the total amount paid at the time of reservation.

c. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used during the reservation process.
d. In some cases, where applicable, customers may receive a credit for future bookings instead of a refund. This credit will be valid for a specified period and can be used towards any future reservation.
Please note that specific events or circumstances, such as major holidays or peak travel periods, may have different cancellation policies or requirements. Customers will be informed of any variations in the cancellation policy during the reservation process.
